Founder
Maryam Hina
Founder, Talk Wise Pakistan | CEO, BizGrip Solutions
Maryam Hina is a creative entrepreneur and business professional with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, communications, and business development. As the CEO of BizGrip Solutions, she has worked with businesses and organizations to help them build their brands, strengthen their digital presence, and turn ideas into practical business solutions.
As the Founder of Talk Wise Pakistan, an initiative by BizGrip Solutions, Maryam is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for young people through education, career guidance, skills development, mentorship, technology, and professional networking.
She believes that young people need more than education alone. They need the right guidance, exposure, skills, and connections to confidently navigate their future. Through Talk Wise Pakistan, she aims to create a platform where young people can learn, connect, and grow, while bringing together educators, professionals, mentors, organizations, and industry leaders.
Her vision is to contribute to a more skilled, confident, and future-ready generation of Pakistan through meaningful conversations, learning opportunities, and access to the right people and resources.

Mr. Ahmed Aftab
Co-Founder, Talk Wise Pakistan | Group CIO | Digital Transformation Leader
Mr. Ahmed Aftab is a seasoned technology and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in IT governance, digital leadership, information security, innovation, and business growth. As a Group CIO, he has been at the forefront of using technology and digital transformation to improve organizational performance, strengthen systems, and create sustainable business value.
Alongside his corporate leadership, Ahmed Aftab is a public speaker, corporate trainer, and educational and corporate advisor, sharing his knowledge and experience with professionals, students, and organizations.
His commitment to youth development extends beyond the corporate environment. Over the years, he has mentored and counselled students pursuing careers in the IT and technology industry, helping them understand their strengths, identify the right career direction, and make informed decisions about their professional journeys.
Many of the students he has guided have gone on to establish successful careers, take leadership positions, and excel in their respective fields. His mentorship focuses not only on technical knowledge but also on career clarity, professional growth, confidence, and understanding the changing demands of the technology industry.
As Co-Founder of Talk Wise Pakistan, Ahmed Aftab brings his industry experience and passion for mentorship to a larger platform, helping connect young people with knowledge, guidance, professional insight, and opportunities.

Yogi Wajahat is a distinguished Corporate Wellness and Ergonomics Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner, recognized as a pioneer of yoga-based wellness in Pakistan. With over two decades of experience, he blends modern science with ancient wisdom to promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being in the workplace.
As Corporate Wellness Trainer with BizGrip Solutions and TalkWise Pakistan, he has conducted wellness, ergonomics, and stress-management workshops for leading corporations, armed forces units, and institutions — including Novartis, HBL, Engro, Hubco, Ferozsons Laboratories, and the Sindh Judicial Academy.
